Nicky graduated from Newcastle University in 2015 With a BSc (Hons) in Surveying and Mapping Science.
During his studies, he worked with Wardell Armstrong Archaeology Setting out site boundaries and local grid and producing site maps using GNSS.
As part of his dissertation research project, he worked with Ordinance Survey to verify the position of the static GNSS station at Cockle Park Farm in Morpeth relative to the Fundamental Benchmark 12km away in Longhorsley.
Nicky has been working for Landform Surveys since July 2015 producing topographic maps, setting out for borehole drilling and construction and performing surveys to assist in photogrammetric registration.
He is currently working towards Professional registration with RICS.
